Sarah Allison
PMHNP-BC, MSN, RN
Sarah Allison is a psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to helping professionals, parents, and teens (15+) overcome challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, negative thought patterns, burnout, low self-esteem, insomnia and more. She works with her clients to achieve greater peace, reduced burnout, renewed energy, and confidence in decision-making.
Sarah practices Precision Psychiatry, creating personalized treatment plans based on our client's unique brain and body. When appropriate, she uses neurocognitive testing, genetic insights, and neuroimaging to guide medication selection and tailor treatment. Sarah's goal is a thoughtful, data-informed approach to mental health care—so you feel truly seen and supported.
Sarah earned her master’s degree in nursing from The University of Texas. She chose to specialize in psychiatry after enduring the struggles of her loved ones with depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, and divorce. This inspired her to approach psychiatry with empathy and expertise, focusing on both medication management and education. She believes in empowering her clients to make informed decisions about their mental health, providing a comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with their needs.
Sarah ensures that her clients have ample time to voice concerns, ask questions, and feel heard throughout their treatment process.
