Dr. Yvonne Tate

Ph.D, LPC, BCN

Dr. Yvonne Tate received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from William & Mary the College of Mary in 2008 and her MA in Counseling from Regent university in 2004. She became a licensed professional counselor in 2006 and she has been working in the field of Counseling and Neurofeedback since 2003. She was certified through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA) in 2006, has been a mentor and supervisor since 2010, and has also been teaching the didactic course for certification in Neurofeedback since 2016. For the past seven years she has worked with Jay Gunkelman, QEEG-D to learn raw EEG and become an expert at accurately interpreting qEEG which is the foundation for creating effective treatment protocols.
